1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.
2. Payment Policy
Payment must be completed before the trip start date. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the trip qualify for a full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours.
4. Modifications and Changes
Sun Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, providing equivalent alternatives.
5. Travel Insurance
It is the traveler’s responsibility to secure adequate travel insurance for personal injury, medical expenses, or trip cancellation.
6. Liability
Sun Tours is not liable for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
7. Participant Responsibilities
- Travelers must disclose any medical or physical conditions that may affect participation.
- Compliance with all safety guidelines and staff instructions is required.
8. Use of Personal Data
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for operational purposes and is handled in compliance with privacy policies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
