All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment must be completed before the trip start date. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the trip qualify for a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Sun Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, providing equivalent alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Travel Insurance<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    It is the traveler\u2019s responsibility to secure adequate travel insurance for personal injury, medical expenses, or trip cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Sun Tours is not liable for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Participant Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
